RETURN / REPAIR POLICY
All NFP purchases are final and full refunds are not extended. It is the integrity of NFP to offer you the highest-quality product and customer service for every piece created.
Exchange / Store Credit
Items can only be exchanged or issued store credit if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Simply contact us within 14 days of original purchase to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number prior to sending back merchandise. NFP will provide you with instructions on where merchandise should be shipped. Please note we will not accept merchandise if there is no referenced RA#, or if NFP customer service has not been contacted beforehand, email@example.com or 646.823.3274. Purchases must be accompanied by the original receipt, and any requests to exchange or receive store credit for merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
In person exchanges can be accepted only at NFP Brick and Mortar stores in Los Angeles and Beacon, NY.
Exchanges can also be processed remotely by contacting our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any items for exchange. Should this occur, NFP will cover the costs of the exchange.
Shipping – Returning Items
Customer will still be responsible for any shipping charges related to exchanges and store credit by pre-authorized approval. NFP is not responsible for any lost packages shipped using our USPS or UPS services. Customer can choose to add insurance for the shipped valued amount at an additional fee of $10 which would hold the shipping service liable for refunding any lost goods in transit.
We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
NFP will not refund international duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for any questions.
NFP is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or any other uncontrollable event.
NFP store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Following that time the credit is not accepted.
Store credit use is only accepted at NFP Brick and Mortar stores in Los Angeles and Beacon, NY and online.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damage / Repairs
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival by contacting NFP customer service email@example.com, so please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.
Order Changes and Cancellations
NFP is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
Holiday Season Extended Return Policy
Purchases made between November 27th and December 24th 2019 can be returned up until January 11th 2020.
