REFUNDS
All NFP purchases are final and full refunds are not extended. It is the integrity of NFP to offer you the highest-quality product and customer service for every piece created.

EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT
Items can only be exchanged or issued store credit if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Simply contact us within 14 days of original purchase to receive a pre-authorization number prior to sending back merchandise. NFP will provide you with instructions on where merchandise should be shipped. Please note we will not except merchandise if we have not been contacted beforehand. Purchases must be accompanied by the original receipt, and any requests to exchange or receive store credit for merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

STORE CREDIT
NFP store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Following that time the credit is not accepted.

SHIPPING
Customer will still be responsible for any shipping charges related to exchanges and store credit by pre-authorized approval. NFP is not responsible for any lost packages shipped using our USPS or UPS services. Customer can choose to add insurance for the shipped valued amount at an additional fee of $10 which would hold the shipping service liable for refunding any lost goods in transit.

DAMAGES
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival, so please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.
